Iron flooring is mainly used to fix workpieces and serves as a basic work platform for fitters to debug, assemble, and maintain equipment. Mainly used in engine laboratories to provide a basic experimental platform for engines, dynamometers, etc.
Suitable for various testing, experimental work, and measurement reference planes; Used as a benchmark for mechanical inspection and measurement; Check the dimensional accuracy or positional deviation of parts and make tight markings. Cast iron flooring can be used as a vibration test bench and is also a basic tool in mechanical manufacturing. It is usually made in box type, square, circular, rectangular and other shapes, and the structure is divided into box type, double enclosure type, and single enclosure type.
Iron floor alias: Cast iron floor - Experimental iron floor - Cast iron flat plate - Cast iron plate platform
Iron floor components accessories: The cast iron platform consists of a cast iron floor body, oil guide groove, protective sheath and cover plate, anchor bolts, etc.
Common specifications for iron flooring (mm): Generally, small pieces are spliced together, and irregular specifications can be customized.
Performance requirements for iron flooring:
1. Design and Performance Requirements for Laboratory Cast Iron Flooring
1. Material used for laboratory cast iron flooring: HT200-250; Mechanical properties, tensile strength: not less than 250Mpa, hardness: HB180-226;
2. Using the concept of high strength to ensure equal lifespan of all parts;
3. The thickness of the working panel on the laboratory cast iron floor is uniform, and the longitudinal and transverse reinforcement plates are evenly distributed to make the bottom plate structure symmetrical, that is, the strength of each part is equal and the stiffness is increased;
4. The working face thickness, perimeter thickness, and rib plate thickness of the laboratory cast iron floor are cast according to the drawing requirements to ensure uniform wall thickness, reduce internal stress during casting shrinkage, and prevent deformation.
5. The laboratory cast iron floor undergoes two heat treatments, one for the blank and one after rough machining, to prevent deformation;
6. The T-shaped groove processing surface of the laboratory cast iron floor shall not have any casting defects that cannot be removed during processing. The allowable casting defects on other processing surfaces are: 1 within a diameter range of 200mm, with a size of 3mm, and 15 allowed (within a 4000 * 1900 plane); The allowable defect range for non machined surfaces: 1 defect is allowed within a diameter of 100, with a size of 3mm in diameter;
7. Castings should be sandblasted and non machined surfaces should be sprayed with primer G06-4 ZBG51010-87;
8. The dimensional tolerances, flatness, and parallelism of the laboratory cast iron floor working platform (upper surface) are determined according to relevant standards.
9. The supplier shall design the anchor bolt holes according to the length requirements, and the nuts shall not protrude above the bottom plate plane after installation. The supplier shall also submit the civil engineering casting requirements for the anchor bolts, be responsible for the casting positioning of the anchor bolts, supervise the casting deviation, and retest the casting results.
10. According to the width series dimensions of the configured unit chassis, its length direction can withstand external forces during processing, movement, lifting, and installation.
11. During installation, place the corresponding machine tool adjustment shim according to the position of the anchor bolt hole, which can be adjusted by 10-15mm. The anchor bolt hole is equipped with a cover plate.
