Huagang Machinery Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Botou City, Hebei Province, which is a production base for cast iron platforms (plates), machine tool castings, the hometown of automotive molds, and a famous city for casting. Located to the east of the Beijing Shanghai Railway, Beijing Fuzhou Expressway, and National Highway 104, and to the west of the Shihuang Expressway and National Highway 106, with excellent geographical location and convenient transportation.Our company's main products include large cast iron platforms (plates) within the range of 12m x 4m x 2.5m (length x width x height), large machine tool castings (lost foam casting), ground rails (trough iron), coke oven equipment (furnace doors, furnace door frames, protective plates, bridge valve bodies, switches, etc.), desulfurization dry boxes, continuous casting machine arc templates, casting assembly line sandbox fixtures, industrial dust removal equipment, automotive cover molds, special riot control tools, etc. According to user needs, a team will come on-site to install, debug, repair flat measuring tools and machine tools for users.

The company was founded in 1970, formerly known as Jiaohe County Measuring Tool Factory. It was a designated production plant for flat plates (platforms) under the former Ministry of Machinery. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the company's market expansion, increasing variety of products, and gradual improvement of enterprise level, the original production scale could no longer meet market demand. In 1999, it was expanded and restructured into a joint-stock company. The company currently has more than 400 employees, including 68 engineering and technical management personnel with high and intermediate professional titles, covering an area of 50000 square meters and a total construction area of 18000 square meters. There are casting and machining factories under it. The foundry factory has a production area of 4000 square meters and is equipped with one 10T and one 8T blast furnace, two large core drying kilns, one 3.5m × 10m annealing furnace, two sand production and processing lines, and four 40T, 20T, and 16T lifting equipment. It can produce various grades of machine tool castings with a single weight of less than 40T, as well as 8-gray mouth castings, ductile iron castings, vermicular iron castings, heat-resistant castings, non-ferrous metal castings, and lost foam castings. Annual production capacity of over 10000 tons. The main equipment of the machining plant includes one BQ2031 and one B2020 gantry planer, one X2010 and one X2032 gantry milling machine, one X3810 and one X3510 end face milling machine, one T611-C milling machine, four 16T overhead cranes, eight 5T overhead cranes, and other complete equipment for turning, milling, planing, grinding, drilling, and boring.
